The Rams hosts the Vikings at State Farm Stadium in Arizona, with the game relocated due to fires in Los Angeles.
Best Bet
The ‘home’ team Rams can cause an upset here over the Vikings.
These teams met in Week 8 at SoFi Stadium with the Rams prevailing 30 to 20. Rams coach Sean McVay and quarterback Sam Darnold had plenty of answers against Brian Flores’ blitz heavy scheme, passing for 279 yards and four touchdowns.
The Vikings defence has questions to answer as it has fallen away badly in the second half of the season, allowing more than 21 points in six of its last seven games. The Rams are also back to full health in this one, with Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua a genuine menace in the pass game.
Vikings QB Sam Darnold for the most part played well in Week 8 but comes off a game against the Lions where he reverted to the pre 2024 Darnold for much of it, missing open players and turning into a pumpkin in the red zone. Was that an aberration or a sign of things come?
History suggests that it can be a sign. Since 2003, teams that have scored at least 25 points in the regular season, coming off a 14 point or less performance in the previous week, are 2-9 against the number in the Wild Card Round.
I very much like the Rams to continue that trend.

Keen on Stafford to clear his passing yards line here but he won’t do it without a big game from top receiver Puka Nacua.
Kyren Williams has had at least 15 carries in every game this season.
Value Bet
Williams is in outstanding touchdown scoring form with six scores in his last six games.
