NFL Tips – Super Bowl Tips – Novelty Props

The Eagles and the Chiefs square off in this year’s Super Bowl and Betseeker has all the best bets for you including this year’s top novelty plays.

Gatorade Colour

Blue
Gatorade Colour

First things first: disregard red. The Chiefs wear red but red has never been the colour of Gatorade used in the Super Bowl. Teams also rarely use their colours for their Gatorade with teams using their primary colour just seven times this century. Green can also be disregarded.

There are only two colours that should be considered: Purple and Blue.

Purple is the favourite after being used the last two years. The Chiefs may stick with it out of superstition.

The value though is with Blue. Blue is the highest selling Gatorade. It has been used three of the last six years and has hit four times the last decade.

National Anthem Length

Over 120.5 seconds
National Anthem Length

Louisiana legend Jon Batiste sings this year’s National Anthem and after Reba McEntire sang the shortest Anthem since Billy Joel in 2007 though still went over the total.

Of the last anthems, 10 have reached at least 1 minute 49 while there has not been an over/under time set this low since market recording in 2007. The over has hit in 11 of the last 16 Super Bowls including four of the last six.

Batiste went on average 1 minute and 38 seconds when performing at the NBA Finals and US Open tennis but has been recorded doing an instrumental that went well over three minutes.

Similar singers has well have tended to go well over two minutes

All indicators suggest the over is a great bet.
