With the Open Championship but a week away, the PGA Tour and its stars head to Scotland for the Scottish Open from the renowned Renaissance Club.
Best Bet
Fleetwood is playing at an elite level this year and deserves a bit of luck when it comes to winning. He did salute in Dubai and while he has not won on American soil, he does have a nice record on the DP World Tour. Finished Top 6 in two of his last four starts here. Putting superbly this year and with a great approach game and tremendous figures around the green, he looks the one.
Mid-Tier Bet
Clark has been mixing his form but he looks a very nice bet. Ranks 2nd in Putting Average and 4th in Birdie or Better. He has finished Top 10 in his last four starts where he has gained 0.8 strokes or more putting on the field so if his flat stick is on he is way over the odds.
Value Bet
Billy Ho loves playing across the globe and that holds him in good stead here. He has rediscovered his form, winning in the Dominican Republic in April and posting three Top 25s since. Ranks Top 15 in Par 3 Scoring and Scrambling. Looks a big price this week.
Longshot Bet
It is hard to ever forgive Soderberg after he took an eight-shot lead into the final round of a tournament and blew it. At the price though he looks a play this week. He ranks 1st in Par 3 Scoring, 1st in Birdie or Better, 6th in Strokes Gained: Tee To Green and 7th in Putts Per GIR.
