The Saints pulled off a big upset over Freo back in Round 8, but expect a very different result this week.

The Dockers have been strong at home, covering the line in four of their last five as favourites at Optus Stadium. They’ve also won their last four home games against bottom ten teams by an average of 33 points.

St Kilda have struggled badly against top eight opposition, covering the line in just one of their last seven and losing those games by an average of 35 points. Their last two outings were a 34 point loss to Collingwood and a 72 point loss to the Bulldogs.

With Dougal Howard and other tall defenders still sidelined, the Saints continue to get exposed by key forwards. Last week McStay, Mihocek and Cameron kicked two each, and the week before, Naughton and Darcy kicked three apiece. They’ll likely have their hands full again with Treacy, Voss, Jackson and Amiss.
