The Bombers’ two ‘unders’ games in 2024 were against the stodgy Saints, a 71-67 arm wrestle, and against the Bulldogs, who kicked 9.13 resulting in the total missing by just seven points.
While Essendon have made huge strides in their contested game this season, they remain susceptible to fast break turnover goals. On a fast deck, expect the Eagles’ suddenly potent forward line to cash in on some cheap majors.
