We break down the best prop markets for the second major of the year, the PGA Championship from Valhalla.
Best Bet
Keith Mitchell is huge overs to have a big tournament and this is the best market to play him. Mitchell is long off the tee, has form on a key correlation course having won at PGA National and is an elite ballstriker. He can have a huge tournament.
Next Best
Smith is an elite player but this is not a course that will suit. It is incredibly long and it punishes wayward tee shots and Smith is having all kinds of issues finding the fairway. He has missed the cut in just two of his last 11 majors but both of those were US Opens and this is a US Open-like set-up.
Value Bet
Rory McIlroy is the clear favourite in this market and he comes in having won twice since Augusta but fancy this set-up will suit Justin Thomas. He has been trending up and has won two PGA Championships so tens to enjoy the set-ups of this championship.
Longshot Bet
Niemann is being severely underrated this week. He was off the map in The Masters and had a very good tournament. Niemann is a Top 10 player in the world. He is long off the tee and elite with his long irons.
