She was the narrowest of runners up in the Adelaide Cup and while she meets the one that beat her there, she does get a weight swing and her dominant win since suggests she may have gone to another level. Damian Lane will just need some luck from barrier one.

Flying Fizz was one of the best runs of the entire Warrnambool Carnival, running home strongly when wide and last despite an enormous bias towards on pace and on speed runners. She showed a stack of talent in her first campaign, culminating in a second placing at black type level. Fitter and ideally drawn, she will take beating.

Our Last Cash was a good thing beaten in the Wagga Town Plate and looks over the odds here. The gelding is a real straight track specialist having won two of his three starts here and he draws to get a good run on the outer part of the track. Nothing will be finishing harder and he’s a huge price.
