Very keen on Dummy Spit here on the quick back up. He ran a terrific race at Sale on Sunday, running a narrow second after covering plenty of ground in the run. This looks an easier affair and he maps to either lead or get a nice trail behind the favourite. Looks terrific value.

Artistica showed nice ability at two, being stakes placed behind the very smart Stretan Angel. Her one start as a three year old was a disappointment but she has trialled very nicely in readiness for this and strikes a highly winnable race. Just needs some luck from the wide draw.

Grand Touraine is enjoying a fruitful campaign and she looks ideally placed to register another win here. The mare comes off a good last start second at Cranbourne when stepping up to 2000m for the first time. Being a Moonee Valley maiden winner earlier this prep she has a little class relative to this field and maps to get the perfect run from barrier two.
