Betseeker’s expert tipsters have you covered for the best NBA tips and predictions for every game of the NBA season.
The Warriors look to sweep the Nuggets which will buy them plenty of time to rest up Steph Curry ahead of the second-round – we could see another big game from Golden State’s newest splash brother.

Suns @ Pelicans (11:30am)
Jonas Valanciunas Under 14.5 Points ($1.83)
The fact Devin Booker is missing actually has an impact on Jonas Valanciunas’ minutes in this series believe it or not, with the Suns exploiting the big Lithuanian on the defensive end.
Valanciunas has only played 26 minutes in the last two games this series, and he was severely exploited by the Paul / Ayton pick and roll in Game 3 resulting in Pelicans Coach Willie Green opting to go small with Larry Nance in the five.
JV had 18 points in Game 1 in 30 minutes of play, but the reason the big man had 21 shot attempts and 25 rebounds was due to the number of tip-in opportunities he had with 13 offensive rebounds. In Games 2 and 3 he had 3 and 5 respectively, resulting in his points output being way down averaging just 8 points per game.
In the 17 games this season that JV has played 26 minutes or less, he has gone under the 14.5 points line in 14 of them averaging 11.3 points per game. With the Suns offense for the rest of this series to be revolved around the Paul / Ayton pick and roll, we could see a Steven Adams like scenario where Valanciunas’ minutes are severely cut down with the Pelicans opting for the better defensive match-up with Nance.

Heat @ Hawks (9:00am)
Trae Young Under 36.5 PA ($1.91)
Accustomed to playing against smaller guards and playing off the on-ball with drop coverage from the opposing bigs, Miami do not do this which has made life for Trae Young slightly more difficult this series.
PJ Tucker has been defending Trae and as expected has been extra physical with the guard, and when Atlanta’s big sets the on-ball, Bam Adebayo often traps or switches on to Trae – certainly not your typical defensive centre as he’s more than capable of defending Trae on the perimeter.
Trae’s PA line is set at 36.5 for Game 4 against the Heat – a line he hasn’t really come close to this series yet finishing with a PA of 32 in both Games 2 and 3. In Young’s last nine games against the Heat dating back to February 2021, he only averages 21.3 points and 7.4 assists – expect Miami to ramp up their defensive focus to secure Game 4 and head back to their home floor with a 3-1 series lead.

Warriors @ Nuggets (5:30am)
Jordan Poole 25+ Points ($2.30)
With the Warriors up 3-0 in their series with the Nuggets, there’s no way they start increasing Steph Curry’s minutes this series which means we’ll continue to see more Jordan Poole in Game 4.
Poole has been a revelation this season joining the splash brothers fraternity and has been a real handful this series against the Nuggets averaging 28.7 points per game.
With his line set at 22.5 points for Game 4, there’s no reason why Poole can’t continue his hot form covering this while recording his fourth consecutive game of 25+ points. Curry and Thompson will continue to receive majority of the defensive attention which means the Poole is still hot! Take the line and 25+, while 30+ paying $4.50 is worth a small bet.
