The Lakers have gotten hot with three straight wins/covers and posting 128-plus in each of those victories. They look hard up against it though on the road in Cleveland against a Cavaliers side that is an outstanding 11-1-1 cover record in their last 13 home games.
Cleveland have been particularly strong against poor travellers with five covers in their last six against teams with a losing road record. The Cavs are also a strong bounceback team with five straight covers off a loss.
The Lakers have covered just 1 of 7 against a winning team and just 19 of 58 off a win.
The Cavs should prove too strong even with the Lakers riding a wave of momentum.

The Nuggets get the Mavericks in a good spot here with Dallas playing late last night against Phoenix.
Dallas have a very poor cover record of late with just 7 covers in their last 28 games. They have covered just 1 of 7 road games and none of their last four on a back-to-back.
Denver have mixed form this season but have covered five of seven at home. The Nuggets have won their last two at home by 16-plus.

Pistons @ Heat (11:40am)
Detroit are huge overs to down Miami, who have Jimmy Butler back but are on the backend of a back-to-back. Detroit have covered four straight on the road and six of eight overall. Miami have covered just 3 of 12 on a back-to-back and just 3 of 15 home games. This is a great spot for the Pistons to spring an upset.
