The fourth event of the inaugural LIV season takes place in Boston and there have been more big names defect to the rebel league including Australian Cameron Smith.
Best Bet
Cameron Smith is the biggest name to defect to LIV but Joaquin Niemann is not far behind. The Chilean won the Genesis in February and made the cut of all four majors this year. A strong driving game and an ability to score look the keys here. Niemann ranks 14th in Strokes Gained: Off The Tee and 16th in Birdie or Better.
Mid-Tier Bet
From the tips The International is very long. The setup remains to be seen but happy to play bombers this week. Matthew Wolff ranks 6th on Tour this year in Driving Distance. He also ranks Top 25 in Strokes Gained: Putting. There have been signs of him returning to his best and this looks the course for him.
Value Bet
Form in New England looks a good guide for here and Marc Leishman has that. Leishman won the Travelers in 2012 and finished third here last year. Ranks Top 15 in Strokes Gained: Putting on the PGA Tour.
Longshot Bet
Laurie Canter was an early defector to live and has played in all three events to date while he has also been getting plenty of other golf in on the DP World Tour. He has a great drive ranking 6th in Strokes Gained: Off The Tee and 12th in Driving Distance. Also ranks 10th in Birdie or Better.
