New Orleans wasted no time in their off-season restructure, hiring new head coach Jamahl Mosley to help lead this youthful squad.

Jeremiah Fears had an elite rookie season playing all eighty-two games, starting in forty-nine of those and earning himself a spot on the All-Rookie second team. He averaged 14.3 points, 3.7 rebounds and 3.4 assists. He finished last season on an absolute tear, averaging 44PRA over his last five games.

Although Dejonte Murray should be making a return, we should still see a lot of Fears at point guard. I am hoping to see him north of twenty-five minutes, giving him plenty of time to smash this PRA line.

A new franchise for the former number one pick, hopefully is the spark Zac needs to find some form at this level.

An underwhelming first two seasons in Atlanta where he could not live up to the heavy expectation that comes with being first picked. It should be noted however, that in both seasons he averaged 3.7 rebounds per game.

Dallas is one of the few teams that will start the season already dealing with missing personnel. We should see Risacher start at shooting guard and he will be useful against the overall height that the Houston starters possess.

Morant and the Memphis Grizzlies finally have parted ways, after years of discretions and building tensions. The Portland Trail Blazers grabbed Ja and now have more NBA point guards than they will know what to do with.

The lineup is in no way fixed and don’t be surprised if Coach Nori plays around with his guard options. Lillard, Morant and Jrue Holiday are easy start NBA vets, but they also have former number three pick Scoot Henderson and Vit Krejci.

Nobody really knows how this is going to work but as we saw with Paul George, playing well in a season opener is a terrific way to get fans onside early. With Lillard a far better outside shot, we could see Morant running the point with Lillard playing the two.
