Detroit have moved Isaiah Stewart to Memphis which opens the door for ‘Bball Paul’.

Reed has always played second if not third string and is usually far too volatile in court time, for us to back him in. With Duren and John Collins, the likely starters, it’s got to be Reed next up for the Pistons.

He averaged 4.5RPG across 65 games for Detroit last year with varying levels of participation. It’s always been the per36 numbers that light up for Reed and last seasons rebounding numbers are no joke. 11.7RPG per36 minutes shows how dominant he can be when he gets an opportunity. He won’t get starter minutes here, but I would love to see 20 minutes against Mitch Robinson and Neemias Queta.

OKC have had a shorter preseason than most after bowing out to the San Antonio Spurs in the Western Conference Finals. They will get a chance at somewhat of a redemption here, taking on the Spurs in Texas.

It was a season to forget for JDub, only managing 33 games and a heavily interrupted playoff run, due to injury. The constant threat of soft tissue injuries will remain a constant cloud over Williams until he is able to string a serious run together. He only managed five of the fifteen playoff games for OKC and wasn’t there when the series was on the line.

New season and a full preseason should see Jalen Williams start the season as we remember him. In the 2024/25 season Williams averaged 21.6PPG, 5.3RPG and 5.1APG showing that he is more than capable of this PRA number, when healthy.

Our first look at the new look Philadelphia 76ers. The off-season acquisition of LeBron James and Jaylen Brown has bolstered this already strong Philly lineup, with many having the 76ers as the team to beat in the East.

Just how it’s going to work in Philadelphia remains to be seen, with so much relying on roster availability. Opening night, the big names are all healthy and scheduled for a full game. Being in Madison Square Garden as the New York Knicks unveil their championship banner should light a fire in the 76ers camp.

When healthy, our season long predictions show Edgecombe losing out scoring wise, but an increase in his assist’s column. Averaging 4.2APG over his 75-game opening season supports the value price here. Although the ball might predominately be out of his hands, he should still find 4+ assists with All Star teammates everywhere he looks.
