Best Bet

Keen on the Roos here.
North are a great bet at Marvel. They are 7-4 at the venue this year and have covered the line in nine of 11, including eight of the last nine.
This is Geelong’s first trip to Marvel this year, and they have lost and failed to cover in three of their last four at the venue.
Despite only breaking a five game losing streak last week, North have been solid lately, covering in four of their last five in a stretch where they have only played top ten teams.
The Cats have tormented the Roos for a long time, winning 15 straight and covering in the last seven. But Geelong are missing Jeremy Cameron and Max Holmes, and the midfield looks thin against a North crew that smashed the Dogs around the ball last week.
The Roos look to be finishing the season strong and should at least remain within 20 points.
Same Game Multi

Mitch Edwards returns to the Geelong line up against Tristan Xerri, who had his best game in some time last week. The Cats have been giving up eight disposals more than average to rucks over the last five weeks.
The Roos have been giving up five touches more than average to half backs over the last five weeks, so expect Lawson Humphries to find plenty of the ball.
Shaun Mannagh had a huge game against North last time, kicking four goals, and the Roos are a bit vulnerable against small forwards.
Value Bet

The Roos have given up the most touches to half backs of any side over the last five weeks. Humphries has only averaged 21 across his last five games, but he had 26 against St Kilda and 23 last week against Essendon. Worth a throw.
