Bottom five teams favoured by more than a try have a diabolical record in recent years and that makes the Eels a huge lay here. Bottom five teams laying four or more points are 7-21 against the spread over the last four years.
While the Eels have certainly been digging in, they should not be laying 4.5 points against anyone. Parramatta are 5-10 ATS against bottom five teams while they are 18-24 ATS when favoured. They have covered just one of their last six laying a try.
North Queensland have been in camp in Sydney all week and that is a major positive. They have covered seven of 11 interstate while they are 25-16 ATS against teams outside the Top 8. The Cowboys bounce back well too with an 11-5 cover record off a loss of 20-plus.

Jaxon Purdue does his best work at centre with nine tries in his last 11 games starting at centre.
Zac Laybutt has three tries in his last six games and now shifts to the wing.
Value Bet
Tom Dearden has been the most reliable Cowboy this year. He has been a regular tryscorer with seven tries in 18 games. With three tries in his last three games, the Cowboys half is a great value bet to score a try.
