Philadelphia thrive in the underdog spot and getting points at home look the value play this week. The Eagles have won and covered five straight dating back to 2024 as an underdog.

This is a nice spot for Philly too. When two teams who had preseason win totals of 10 or more meet when both are off a loss, the favourite os a poor 14-27-1 ATS.

The Rams are in a tough spot here after facing Sean Payton last week too. Teams off facing Payton – normally a tough strategic matchup – are 4-16 against the spread.

Jalen Hurts was poor last week but he is 11-4 ATS off a multi-turnover game. He will be better and the Eagles are value getting 3.5 points at home.

The Rams rotate through four tight ends so trying to lock down who will be the focus is not always easy. Terrance Ferguson had been used as the top man but an injury ruled him out early last week and he almost certainly won’t play this week. Veteran Tyler Higbee stepped into the feature role, pulling in eight catches for 62 yards and a touchdown. He is a big price to score as he will be getting plenty of targets particularly in the redzone.
