Dallas and Houston don’t meet too often for Lone Star State honours but with both teams desperate for a win there will be plenty at stake in this one.

This sets up well for the under even though the Cowboys are very much an over team. Houston have an elite defence and given the circumstances of the game this has all the hallmarks of a big under bet.

The last two Texans games have finished on 26 and 36 points respectively.

There are some major Houston under angles in play here too. The under is 18-2 when the Texans are off a non-cover. The under is 25-11 when CJ Stroud plays indoors. The under is 22-10 when the Texans play in a game where the total is north of 41.

Houston can dictate the game with a strong pass rush but with no explosiveness this game looks like a grind.

CeeDee Lamb moved past a light-on Week 1 against the Giants before returns of eight catches for 153 yards and seven catches for 112 yards. While Dak Prescott tries to force the ball to George Pickens, CeeDee Lamb creates separation far more naturally and tends to pull in far bigger hauls with his greater speed. Lamb to go over 100 yards even against such a stout defence is a great play.
