Houston come into this off a season-saving win in London against Jacksonville in Week 6 but should not take it easy against a Giants team that is playing hard. ]

JJ McCarthy gets the start this week but that gives the offense a little more reliability.

John Harbaugh looks key here. He is 13-4 ATS when an underdog of at least a field goal and 9-4 ATS as a road underdog of at least seven points. He is 17-7 ATS as an underdog with a backup quarterback.

Land Clark is a big underdog official with favourites 9-23-2 ATS when he is in charge.

This is a big lay spot for Houston too. Home favourites with a points differential of seven or less are 46-73-3 ATS while favourites with a win percentage of 25% worse than they underdog are 24-49-2 ATS.

The Giants are a chips-in proposition this week.

JJ McCarthy rushed for 20 yards in just half a game in his Giants debut and will use his legs in a game he will be scrambling for his life in.

Tyrone Tracy gets a game script to suit and saw his snap count double last week.

Nico Collins is an elite wideout who topped 74 yards in three of four games this year.

The Giants are turning to JJ McCarthy this week after he led a last quarter rally in Week 6 that just failed against the Saints following the benching of Jameis Winston after two picks. McCarthy threw for 243 yards and a touchdown with Isaiah Likely the recipient. Likely has 24 catches for 259 yards and three scores over the last three weeks. McCarthy is likely to go to Likely as his main target.
