There is no doubt that 2026 has been a major disappointment for both Canterbury. The Bulldogs threw away a grand opportunity to make it three finals campaigns on the trot through stubborn coaching and poor player development. The Broncos have been diabolical all season with the shambolic organisation messing up nearly every major decision.

Both teams need to show something here and with such a high total, that makes the under a play.

Canterbury are a classic under team with a strong defence and poor attack while the Broncos have really struggled to score points this year.
