Canberra are being shown absolutely no respect at home against a Brisbane team that still has plenty to prove despite an impressive first-up win.
Best Bet
Betting in this game is bordering on the absurd with Canberra getting a start of 12.5 points at home coming off a win.
The Raiders were super in Vegas and even though they have lost stars Joe Tapine and Xavier Savage they are a very goo bet getting a monster start at home.
Home underdogs of four or more in the opening four rounds cover at 65%. That makes the Raiders a natural starting point.
Canberra have won three of the lat four against the Broncos at Canberra Stadium and the Raiders are 11-8 ATS getting eight or more points.
The Broncos were super in Round 1 but still have plenty to prove. Michael Maguire has a very poor recent record as a head coach at club level and there are still some obvious weak links in their lineup. There is just no way Brisbane should be laying two converted tries.
Same Game Multi
Savelio Tamale has not scored in two first grade games but has looked fabulous in both showings while he scored 21 tries in 36 games.
Reece Walsh has 15 tries in his last 15 games.
Value Bet
Ata Mariota is one of the lesser known Raiders and has just three top grade tries in 41 games but he runs an excellent line and is great value to cross against a Broncos team with some very flimsy edges.
