Pittsburgh have been unable to build any significant momentum in Mike McCarthy’s first year at the Steelers but they have tended to play at a decent standard and that is much more than can be said for Tampa Bay. The Steelers have managed three wins from their five games.

It has been a disastrous season for Tampa Bay. They shocked Dallas last week but were winless across the first month. Todd Bowles is barely clinging on.

This is a nice spot for the Steelers. Pittsburgh have covered 10 straight against NFC South opposition across the last decade.

Moreso, this is a dire spot for the Bucs. Tampa Bay have covered just one of 11 home games and have not covered any of their last seven against the AFC North.
