Jacksonville went 7-2 against the number at home last season, the best record in the league, and covered their home opener against Cleveland.

New England’s defence is the real deal. It has conceded one touchdown in two games, held opponents to 17.4% on third down and ranks second in the league for EPA per play.

The problem is the other side of the ball. Drake Maye has thrown one touchdown and four interceptions, A.J. Brown is on injured reserve, and right guard Mike Onwenu hurt his ankle against Pittsburgh and may be done for the season.

Jacksonville blew a 13-3 second half lead in Denver and Trevor Lawrence faded after a fast start, but he has four touchdowns at 8.3 yards an attempt this season.

This looks a battle of the quarterbacks, and there is no doubt who is playing better at the moment.
