Omnic has been racing in brilliant form of late for the Ciaron Maher stable and can win again. He was narrowly beaten here last start but there was a full five lengths back to third and the horse that beat him is pretty smart. Jabez Johnstone takes 1.5Kg off and he should simply be too good.

Eye Tracker comes off a synthetic run last time but it was a very good one as he really should have won that 2100m maiden but for being held up at a key stage and also contacting another runner. He draws to get a good run here and coming back to turf should hold no fears against a moderate field.

Handy field this with some nice early season three year old types but Icelady showed more at two than any of them, with two second placings including an unlucky second in Group 3 company in Adelaide at her last start. Ethan Brown takes the ride and I expect her to be very hard to beat here.
