UFC 327 Main Card Picks
Jiri Prochazka vs. Carlos Ulberg
Ulberg could be the latest fighter from New Zealand to win a UFC fight, and he looks every part a future champion.
The 35-year-old hasn’t been rushed throughout his career, and it’s hard to believe that he’s older than Prochazka. Despite being late to the business, Ulberg could make up for lost time in Miami on Sunday, and the $2.01 odds are ideal.
He scored a first-round KO win over Dominick Reyes last year, which followed a gutsy decision win over Jan Blachowicz. Beating Prochazka won’t be easy, and his title experience helps, but Ulberg has the power to stop the favourite in his tracks.
Azamat Murzakanov vs. Paulo Costa
It’s hard to predict what Paolo Costa will bring to the table, but he might not be in the Octagon long enough to find out.
We have Azamat Murzakanov being too good for Costa, and the unbeaten 16-0 fighter is seeking a knockout after winning his last three fights with a devastating blow. He could have too much power for Costa, which is why the $1.50 odds are available.
Costa was once an attractive UFC pick, but our predictions have him being beaten by KO.
Curtis Blaydes vs. Josh Hokit
The heavyweights are unlikely to make it out of the first round, and we have Curtis Blaydes putting his UFC experience to good use.
He might have five losses on his record, and now he faces an unbeaten Josh Hokit, but he has beaten some of the toughest heavyweights in the divisions, and he has hammers for hands.
Hokit is a rising prospect at 8-0, but the $2.10 underdog will need to land a clean punch early to win. Otherwise, Blaydes will shrink him down to size. We’re taking the $1.75 available for Blaydes to win.
Dominick Reyes vs. Johnny Walker
There isn’t much between Reyes and Johnny Walker in betting markets, with Reyes opening as the $1.75 favourite.
They are two tough fighters to predict, but Reyes wants to bounce back after being knocked out by Ulberg, who fights in the main event. That followed a KO win for Reyes against Nikita Krylov, so he looked good prior to that.
Walker scored a KO win in 2025, which followed a couple of losses. We don’t know what to expect, but we’re including Reyes in our UFC picks this week.
Cub Swanson vs. Nate Landwehr
It’s another close fight with UFC odds, with Nate Landwehr edging favouritism at $1.83.
He is the younger fighter at 37, and although he’s no spring chicken, Cub Swanson is 42, and he’s fighting on fumes at this stage of his career.
Landwehr needs to bounce back after a KO loss to Morgan Charriere, and Swanson is the perfect opponent for Landwehr to face. It’s a tough fight to predict, but Landwehr has done enough to be included in picks.
