His form this prep has been fine without being outstanding but viewed through the context of him being a proper stayer, it looks better. Tom Stockdale will give him every chance from barrier three.

The gelding is racing most consistently at the minute and this is not overly strong for a metro contest. Damian Lane should give him all the favours from a good draw.
