Darkbonee was a huge run on debut at Warrnambool. The Symon Wilde trained three year old got back and was caught wide on a mad leaders track and produced a great run to get as close as he did. This is a good maiden but he looks a very nice type and draws much better here.

Prince Pinot didn’t see out the 2800m in the St Leger but the three year old ran good races prior, particularly in the Galilee Final which has seen some strong form come out of it. Back in trip and back to BM58 company on his home track, he looks very nicely placed here if the last run hasn’t taken too much out of him.
