Opening Address was smashed in betting on debut at Cranbourne, firming from 30-1 into 8-1, but the money was left in the bag as he ended up running fourth. It was however, the pointer to a bright future and he finds a very winnable race here second up getting out to a mile. The So You Think colt will just need some luck from the wide draw.

Pussyfoot was sent around huge odds on debut at Wagga but did an enormous job to run fifth over 1000m after blowing the start and having a chequered run up the straight. The filly clearly has the ability to win a race, naturally this is tougher but at double figure odds she is worth playing.

Smokin’ Giant looks primed getting out to the 2050m here. The gelding has run well enough in two starts on the synthetic at Pakenham over a mile but everything suggests that this or longer will prove to be his ideal trip. Billy Egan will give him every chance from barrier four.
