Fazzabeel cost himself the race at his first start for new trainer Gavin Bedggood by laying in. The one eyed blinker goes on to correct that. While he has drawn wide, he is probably better positioned out there and this is a very winnable race.

Kwoi Hoi put the writing on the wall with a solid second last start behind British Columbia. Fitter, third up, well drawn and up in trip, he looks to have found the ideal race and as a promising four year old should be able to handle the older horses.

House Spouse was grossly disappointing first up but has been back to the trials since and gone very well. The talent is clearly there and if he brings his best should be too good for this lot.

Hyrdo Star can be a tough customer to catch but he certainly has the ability to win a race like this at his best. Suspect they will be running on by this time of the day and that should suit his racing style. Worth a play at big double figure odds.
