Racing Tips – Tuesday Best Bets for Moe

Moe is rated soft and with clear weather around it should remain so.

Best Bet

5. Lake Agawam
Moe R3 (1:30pm)

Lake Agawam is on debut for Peter Moody and Luke Nolen, and the three year old has trialled very nicely in preparation for his debut. This is a handy enough race but he should settle right on speed and take some catching.

Recommended Price: $3.50
Confidence Level: 4/5

More Racing Tips

12. Sacred Cove
Moe R7 (3:30pm)

Sacred Cove was a winner here two back then acquitted herself well once again last time out on the Pakenham synthetic. The pace here should be genuine and that will suit her. At double figures in early markets she looks a very nice each way play.

Recommended Price: $6.00
Confidence Level: 3/5

3. Raid The Bar
Moe R8 (4:00pm)

Raid The Bar looks over the odds here. The Sharyn Trolove trained gelding comes off a half length second last time at Cranbourne which reads well for this. With blinkers on, expect him to be more prominent in the run and coming back 200m in trip looks ideal.

Recommended Price: $4.50
Confidence Level: 3/5

5. Little Max
Moe R10 (5:00pm)

Little Max looks over the odds in the last. I can’t say I liked the most recent jumpout of the very short priced favourite, Dubai Nights. Little Max is racing most consistently, puts himself on speed and was a winner here to starts back. While he has drawn wide, suspect that won’t be a disadvantage by this time of day.

Recommended Price: $9.00/3.00
Confidence Level: 3.5/5
