7. Miss Playlounge
Pakenham R5 (7.15pm)

Miss Playlounge will enjoy a huge drop in class here from her last start run in the Vobis Guineas at Caulfield where she ran a respecatable race to finish back of midfield. From barrier one Ben Melham – who comes to Pakenham for just one ride – can hopefully position her a little closer in the run and be too strong late.

Recommended Price: $2.50
Confidence Level: 4/5

More Racing Tips

6. Orovero
Pakenham R2 (5.45pm)

Loved the run of Orovero at Mornington last start. He was slowly away and caught wide, but managed to run the fourth fastest last 600m of the meeting. Expect him to much better suited at this bigger track where he can run over his rivals late.

Recommended Price: $4.00
Confidence Level: 3.5/5

3. Rose De Vellor
Pakenham R6 (7.45pm)

Rose De Vellor put the writing on the wall first up and looks primed to break through here. The Charlotte Littlefield trained filly probably just ran out of condition late but the extra 100m will be ideal with that extra fitness. The claim for Logan Bates further helps her cause.

Recommended Price: $2.50
Confidence Level: 4/5
