Racing heads to Pakenham on Thursday night for an eight race card in what should be perfect conditions for racing.

Thought Arizona Activist looked excellent value in the penultimate from Pakenham. The gelding has a good record with three wins from thirteen starts including a first up win this prep. Blinkers go on for the first time here and he gets a nice drop in grade back to BM64 from BM70 company last time out. Plenty to like.

Dreams could only manage a fourth on debut back in spring but his jumpout form has been very good. Suspect he will be better on top of the ground here, conditions which he certainly didn’t enjoy on that debut run. Looks a great bet at double figure odds in early markets.
