The John Salanitri stable is on fire of late with three winners from their last four runners. Thursday’s best bet comes from their yard.
Best Bet
Donna Natalina comes off an excellent first up run at Mildura where she ran second behind Sixbysixtythree, who came out at at Flemington on Saturday and very well to finish second. In contrast to the winner, she actually drops in grade from BM70 to BM64 grade here. Mark Zahra should give her the run of the race from barrier.

Let’sbefrankbaby made a terrific debut recently at Bendigo, flashing home from last to run second. The Frankel filly drew wide on that occasion and suspect she will sit closer in the run from the better draw. She might be pretty handy and keen to be with her here.
Recommended Price: $3.50

Al Aabir is making his Australian debut for Chris Waller and it’s interesting that Brett Prebble has made the trip down for this ride only. His jumpout form has been solid and he has placed at both runs in the UK. In a maiden that doesn’t look overly strong, he can win.

Zippity Zoustar comes out of a different form race to both the first and second favourites here and happy to take the gamble on it being a superior reference. The Zoustar gelding covered plenty of ground here last start and with a better run this time he can go close in a thin race.
