Very keen on Mariota to get the job done at his second start for new trainer Gavin Bedggood. His first run at Geelong was terrific when held up for clear running at a couple of points in the straight and he will only strip fitter. Looks superbly placed and ideally drawn.

UK import Tournelle looks well placed at her first Australian start. The Sea The Moon mare now with Anthony and Sam Freedman has been jumping out very nicely for this, winning her most recent hit out at Mornington. Expect her to sit about midfield and be very strong late.
