This is a very strong maiden but it’s hard to looks past the credentials of Rue De Royale. The colt has placed at Group level as a two year old and ran respectably enough in the Blue Diamond and Sires Produce. He ran well in an on speed dominated race first up at the Valley and can break through here.

Amarysso could well have won last start but the leader in her race just got too soft a time in front. She powered through the line over 1400m suggesting the step up in trip here will be ideal. Blaike McDougall should press forward from the wide draw and the mare is well capable of winning here.
