And it’s not an abstract number either given he was a terrific winner first up on Bendigo Cup day in a strong BM78. He was held up there but rattled off the fastest final 200m to win well. The gelding can go on with it here.

He was the only runner to really make ground and it was even more creditable when you consider he was somewhat unsuited under the weights in that race. Beautifully placed here.
