Caffe Florian was one of the more impressive maiden winners you will see at this track last start, coming from well back in the field and rounding up her rivals with plenty to spare. She even looked to pull up late. The time was impressive also. This is a big leap in class but she looks a real talent and being by Snitzel she will relish the wet if it comes.
