No Fuss is a very smart type that can win again. The lightly raced ex-Kiwi has won all three starts in Australia with his most recent win at Sandown being his most impressive, with the runner up from that race winning well on Monday. Being bred along staying lines he will relish the trip and draws to get the right run.

Preferential keeps improving when stepping up in trip this preparation and the mare finds a suitable race here over the 2500m. She comes off an excellent second in the Grand Handicap at Caulfield last time out which should have topped her off nicely for the extra 500m here on her home track.

Keen on the Kiwi raider Prochester in this year’s St Leger. The Kiwi staying form typically holds up on this side of the Tasman and his last three runs in Group company have been decent with his most recent in the Manawatu Classic the pick of them. Wet ground holds no fears and he shapes as the further the better.

I’ve loved the way that Moonhaven has been jumping out in the lead up to this return. He showed plenty as a three year old with his best form coming down the straight. The Freedman trained gelding has a big finish and importantly he loves wet ground. Will be finishing hard.
