Bulldogs v Raiders
Canterbury get some stability this week with Tayla Preston back at full health and prop Alexis Tauaneai and against a Canberra team with just one win, they look poised to end a five-game winless streak. The Raiders ended their run of outs against an 11-woman Warriors team but looked utterly horrific in barely hanging on. Canterbury are a tough side and should win this one easily.
Same Game Multi
Elizabeth MacGregor has been a super tryscorer with four tries in four games.
Monica Tagoai has scored in three of her first four NRLW matches.
Titans v Dragons
The Titans have a huge edge with their pack in this one so expecting them to play with the majority of field position. The concern with the Gold Coast is that they have no points in them with Jaime Chapman out. That puts the under well in play in this one. Six of the seven Titans games this season have tallied 36 or fewer.
Same Game Multi
Georgia Grey is in super form with four tries in seven games this season.
Teagan Berry is one of the great NRLW tryscorers with 32 and is a must-include.
Eels v Roosters
The Roosters are in a league of their own, riding a 13-game win streak including seven straight this year. Only the Broncos have gotten closer than 14 points. The Chooks have covered every game this season and continue to be undervalued by the market. The Eels have played two games against Top 3 teams – they lost 30-6 at home to Newcastle and 38-4 on the road to Brisbane. This will be a rout.
Same Game Multi
Jayme Fressard is an elite winger with 13 tries in 19 games across the last three seasons.
Olivia Kernick has five tries in seven games this year.
Knights v Broncos
We have a great clash here in what will likely be the semi that will determine who plays the Roosters in the decider. Newcastle may be a touch underrated in this one at home. They are going just as well as the Broncos and have a great record at home, winning 13 of their last 15. The big start is a bet.
Same Game Multi
Sheridan Gallagher is a highly underrated player with 21 tries in 26 games.
Julia Robinson has 29 tries in 41 NRLW appearances with five tries in her last four.
Warriors v Sharks
The Warriors get some major ins this week with Apii Nicholls and Patricia Maliepo back, arguably the club’s two best players. They will take plenty from last week when they narrowly went down to the Raiders with just 11 women. The Sharks have been poorly coached and play nothing like a team despite their talent. Very happy to take the start in this one.
Same Game Multi
Payton Takimoana has been scintillating this year with 10 tries in her last six games.
Georgia Ravics is going at a try a game this season.
Tigers v Cowboys
North Queensland have been much improved this year and it has been built on a highly reliable defence. The Cowboys have conceded more than 14 just once this year. The Tigers have an absolutely inept attack and just will not be able to go with the Cowboys.
Same Game Multi
Jasmine Peters is in great form with three tries in her last five games.
Francesca Goldthorp has three tries this season and is a reliable finisher.
