The Knights went winless in 2021 but have recruited well and won both matches so far this season as they look to establish their premiership credentials behind 17yo wunderkind Jess Southwell.

There is no question that the Knights are a more talented team. Jess Southwell is a sublime prospect, Tamika Upton is the most damaging runner in the game and Millie Boyle is the best prop in the game. This is a good matchup for the Eels though and they can keep this one close.
Parramatta were not awful against the Roosters in their opener and pushed the Dragons to one score. The Knights bested the Broncos in their opener but really struggled to put the Titans to the sword last week.
The big weakness for the Eels is winger Autumn-Rain Stephens Daly, who has some of the worst hands in the competition to go with some very poor defensive reads. She will need to be reading Tiana Penitani, one of the best hole runners in the competition.
The plus is a bet and the Eels can with this outright.

Zali Fay impressed on debut last week and though she didn’t cross she showed enough to suggest it won’t take her long to get over.

Tiana Penitani is an elite runner who has six tries in 13 games. She crossed last week against the Dragons and scored in her only meeting with the Knights.
