The NRLW season kicks off with Parramatta hosting defending premiers the Sydney Roosters with John Strange’s team heavily favoured to open their year with a win.
Best Bet
Defending premiers Sydney Roosters should have their way with a Parramatta team that has lost two key playmakers.
The Roosters have built on their team by adding Sam Bremner and Destiny Brill and enter the season title favourites. There is arguably no better roster in the NRLW.
The Eels by contrast have lost Maddie Studdon and Botille Vette-Welsh.
The Roosters won this clash 19-18 last year but two of their four wins were by double digits and the talent gulf here is immense.
Same Game Multi
Talented fullback Sam Bremner returns to the NRLW and her speed can see her cross.
Rep centre Tiana Penitani has a tough matchup here but she has five tries in 11 games, one of the best strike rates in NRLW history.
Value Bet
Isabelle Kelly comes off her best tryscoring season where she posted four for the Roosters and again crossed in Origin. One of the best centres in the NRLW, she is great value to get over.
