Tonga have a dire Test record but should have too much talent for a PNG Orchids side that is well short on NRLW talent.

Best Bet
Tonga’s Test record does not make for pretty reading with just a single victory in 15 Tests – with that win coming against tiny island nation Niue.
They look a strong bet this week as favourites though when playing Papua New Guinea.
The Orchids were blown off the park by Cook Islands and since 2022 have just a single win against a recognized Rugby League nation. They have lost their last four Tests by 22-plus, averaging just 4.5 points per game.
This is the first Test between the teams and given Tonga have twice the number of NRLW players that PNG do, they look a strong play.
Same Game Multi
Martha Mataele enjoyed a super debut season for the Eels with seven tries in 11 games.
Moana Courtenay scored three tries in her first NRLW season and crossed on her international debut last week.
Ana Malupo is a talented young player who looks a tryscoring type.
Value Bet
Emmanita Paki was Tonga’s best last week and it saw her scored a try while playing a key hand in others. She has plenty of zip and will have benefited from a full season with the Warriors this year. Happy to bet her class gets her over at big odds.
