Best Bet
It is astonishing that the Titans are such big underdogs at home considering how poorly the Warriors have been playing for a long time.
They have won just three of their last eight – all against teams outside the Top 8 – and have covered just two of their last eight clashes. They are being overrated by the market.
Gold Coast have completely dominated the Warriors recently with three straight wins and six victories in the last seven clashes. They have won four of five at CBus including a 66-6 win when the teams last met here. The Titans won 24-16 at Mt Smart just a month back. It has been complete one-way traffic.
The Titans also got completely whooped last week, another big push for them. Home underdogs off conceding 50 or more cover at 72% dating back to 2008.
The Warriors are 6-15 ATS when favoured and 1-4 ATS against bottom nine teams.
All in the Titans.
Same Game Multi
Phillip Sami has 15 tries this season, his best ever return, including a double when these teams met a month ago.
AJ Brimson has five tries in eight games against the Warriors and is always a threat with the ball in hand.
Value Bet
Chris Randall is not a renowned tryscorer but his chances improve significantly on an edge and given how poorly the Warriors second rowers tackle, he is a very nice bet at big odds. He has scored twice a this year and has seven tries in 30 games when not starting at hooker or off the bench.
