Two of the premier attacking teams in the NRL square off and after a low-scoring Round 1 for both teams – and the NRL in general – a return to points is on the cards.
These two have a strong history of high scoring games. The over is 17-8 when these teams have met since 2008 with the over hitting in 8 of the last 11. In the last six clashes, four have tallied 50.
This is also a huge over spot for both teams. The over is 16-8 when the Roosters play at the SCG including a 6-1 record at the ground off a loss and 10-5 when playing at night. The over is 30-13 when Manly are off conceding 25-plus and 10-4 when they are away from Brookvale. The total is too low.

James Tedesco has scored 38 tries in his last 66 games and scored a hat-trick when these teams met in Round 1 last year.

Crichton comes off his best tryscoring year where he crossed nine times in 20 games and has been a key element of the Roosters redzone attack. He scored against Manly in his most recent regular season game against the Sea Eagles.
