Newcastle’s form since sacking Adam O’Brien and replacing him with Justin Holbrook has been nothing short of astonishing, opening the season 3-1. They enter this off a stunning win over Canterbury as a 13.5-point underdog.

It has been a very different start to the season for the Raiders with last year’s minor premiers opening the year 1-3.
