It is hard to see Newcastle being competitive in this one. They have topped 18 points just four times this season an not since Round 16. They have lost their last six and have been held scoreless in the first half a remarkable 11 times. They have lost their last three by 26 or more.
The Knights are a complete mess with the worst 17 named this week.
Brisbane are hardly the most reliable proposition but they can score points and they are ruthless in putting bad teams to the sword.
The Broncos have dominated the Knights with five straight wins, scoring 24-plus in each of those. They have won 11 of the last 15 and are 17-9 ATS since 2008.
Brisbane have covered seven of their last nine while they are 3-1 ATS when favoured by at least eight. The Knights have covered just four of 13 off scoring six or fewer.
Brisbane run away with this.

Deine Mariner scored a double in his only clash with the Knights and gets a plus matchup against the immobile Greg Marzhew.
Reece Walsh has crossed in three of his last five.
Kotoni Staggs has been in bullocking form with doubles in two of his last three.
Value Bet
Ben Talty has had a super start to his NRL. The forward did not debut in the NRL until the age of 26 but has made a real impact from the bench. He runs hard and it has resulted in three tries in five games. He is a big price to score against a weak-willed Knights team.
