It has been a strange start to the year for the Eels, who have endured thumpings at the hands of the Storm and Panthers outside of wins against the Broncos and Dragons.

The Tigers have been far more impressive in downing the Cowboys and Warriors and just missing out to the Rabbitohs.

While Parramatta have won 15 of the last 20 meetings, the Tigers have covered five of the last seven against the Eels.
