Manly’s season has gone into freefall with four losses in their last five games following the announcement that Daly Cherry-Evans would be leaving. The coaching of Anthony Seibold and the health of Tom Trbojevic are also concerns.
It should not be forgotten though that Manly did roll Penrith two games back and looked highly impressive doing so.
North Queensland have dropped just one of their last six and have some decent scalps but they still look a very beatable proposition.
The Sea Eagles have a great record against the Cowboys with nine covers in the last 11 meetings. They won 42-12 in Round 1 and they have covered the last seven in Townsville. That is a dominant record.
Manly are 10-2 ATS off a loss an they have covered eight of nine off a double digit defeat. They also play strong teams well with a 13-7 cover record against Top 8 teams.
With the Cowboys covering just seven of 20 when favoured, Manly look a super bet.
Same Game Multi
North Queensland are horrific defending down their right so happy to be with both Manly left outside backs.
Lehi Hopoate has nine tries in 14 games when starting on a wing.
Tolutau Koula is flying with seven tries in his last six games.
Value Bet
Ben Trbojevic will also be running down the Manly left and at the porous Cowboys right edge. He has eight tries in 36 game starting in the backrow. Big overs this week.
