The Broncos pulled off not only a miracle win but a cover against the Sharks last week, a rare bright spot for Broncos bettors who have been left eating two-minute noodles due to their team’s inability to meet market expectations.

Brisbane’s numbers have been completely diabolical. They are 5-12 against the spread in their last 17 overall. At Suncorp, they have covered just five of 19. They are 2-10 ATS off a win. They are 4-9 ATS in day games. They have covered just five of 22 when favoured by at least a try.

There are red flags everywhere for the Broncos this week and that is before we look at the coaching mismatch and the vulnerabilities Brisbane have on their edges.

Interstate underdogs cover at 64% during the Origin period and the Warriors have covered eight of their last 10 in Australia.

The Warriors are also a very good rebound team, going 17-12 ATS off a double digit loss.

The Wahs are a chips-in job.

Jacob Laban
To Score A Try

Jacob Laban is the latest boom backrower to roll off the Warriors production line. He has been outstanding since joining the top grade and it is starting to result in tries with two in his last four matches
