Brisbane once again find themselves at the crossroads mid-season with the Titans sitting across from them. Last year they had the same record at the same time and were donning the same black jerseys against the same opponent when they started their ultimately miraculous premiership push.

It would be a surprise if history repeated.

Brisbane were embarrassing last week when losing at home to the Dragons, handing St George Illawarra their first win in nearly 300 days.

The Titans are in full rebuild mode but one bright spot has been their defence, where they rank eighth.
