The Seahawks lost to the 49ers in Week 1 and will be hoping for a much better showing – especially on offence – in Week 2.

The Sam Darnold era hardly got off to a strong start against the 49ers and until he shows something away from Kevin O’Connell, I’ll be happy to fade him, especially laying less than a field goal on the road against the Steelers.
Mike Tomlin will be wanting a lot more out of his defence after giving up almost 400 yards and 32 points to the Jets in Week 1, but Tomlin’s track record speaks for itself and he deserves the benefit of the doubt with that unit.
Offensively, the Steelers showed plenty as 37 year old Aaron Rodgers threw four touchdown passes, giving Pittsburgh a level of play at quarterback that has been lacking in recent years.
He goes up against a Seahawks defence that allowed the 49ers to consistently move the ball last week despite being heavily banged up at the key skill positions and indeed at quarterback.
After a disappointing home loss to start the season, the Steelers look a strong play at the line.

Aaron Rodgers still has a great arm so should be able to get the ball to Metcalf, a receiver who is elite on the outside but can win in a lot of different ways.
The early returns on the Cooper Kupp signing weren’t good for Seattle in Week 1, so expect Jaxon Smith-Njigba to continue to be the focal point of the Seahawks passing attack.
Value Bet
Tight end Smith has a score in four of his last five games and clearly Rodgers is comfortable throwing to him as he had five receptions and a score in Week 1.
